During my recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Lucerne, I'd like to extend my gratitude to the entire staff, especially Mr Robin, who made our visit memorable. The hotel offers a unique blend of luxury and comfort that is hard to beat. Upon arrival, we appreciated the early check-in, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. The hotel's grandeur is evident, from the breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne to the impressively clean and well-appointed rooms. Housekeeping maintained impeccable standards, ensuring our accommodations were always in top shape. It was also a thoughtful touch to find complimentary water bottles in the room-something rarely seen in many establishments. Dining at the Colonade on our first night showcased culinary excellence, and room service proved swift and efficient. The staff, particularly concierges, were helpful whenever needed. While valet parking is an additional cost, the service was notably efficient. If you're considering a trip to Lucerne, the Mandarin Oriental stands out. It encapsulates a luxurious experience that resonates with value, making your stay feel justified. I left wishing for a longer visit, already anticipating my return.
